In addition to our work in development, we are a licenced Real Estate Agency. We are capable of executing Contracts and marketing homes and/or land.

Often part of our scope of our development work is to sell the "finished product" for our clients. In other words, we seek buyers to proceed with purchasing the land/home that our clients have just developed, renovated or constructed.

For Land sales, is does not stop there... We are also able to connect the Buyer's to a range of Builders and proceed to hold the Buyer's hand throughout the Build process. Hence, most of our land opportunities are advertised as House & Land Packages.
