Property Plus Queensland Pty Ltd works alongside a trusted QBCC Accredited Renovation Builder.

A lot of inner-city properties feature historically protected homes. In such cases our Renovation Builder has been engaged to improve the original home, whilst we assist in developing the remainder of the usable land.

Renovations are unique and we approach each renovation projection with our network of Town Planners, Renovation Builders, Draftees, Engineers, Surveyors etc on a case-by-case basis.
